Walshaw Dean Reservoirs are three reservoirs situated between Hebden Bridge and Top Withins, a ruined farmhouse near Haworth, West Yorkshire, England, the reputed inspiration for "Wuthering Heights" in the novel of the same name by Emily Brontë.
During their construction, the narrow gauge Blake Dean Railway was used to get the navvies and the construction material to the construction sites.
On 19 May 1989 Walshaw Dean Lodge entered the UK Weather Records with the Highest 120-min total rainfall at 193 mm. As of June 2008 this record still stands (although the Met Office expresses 'reservations' about this value).
