WXK33 (sometimes referred to as San Angelo All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves the San Angelo metropolitan area and surrounding cities. It is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in San Angelo, Texas with its transmitter located in San Angelo. It broadcasts weather and hazard information for the following Counties: Coke, Concho, Irion, Runnels, Schleicher, Sterling, and Tom Green.

Wildfire Damage

On Friday April 15, 2011, a wildfire engulfed the transmitter site leaving the transmitting equipment inside of the building badly damaged. The National Weather Service issued a statement saying the station would remain off air until repairs are made to the station, days later the NWS announced that a temporary transmitter would be installed at the site. On Thursday April 21, 2011 the station began broadcasting again with its temporary transmitter.
