History

WLS was founded in 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio by Stan Wachnick, Morey Larson, and Robert Stack. In 1948 Dan Cronin Sr joined the company as part of the management team and stock holder. In 1987 Dan Cronin Jr. assumed ownership.
