WHEB (100.3 FM) is a radio station licensed to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA. The station serves the Portsmouth, New Hampshire area broadcasting a mainstream rock format. The station is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc.. WHEB once had a sister station broadcasting on AM 750, also using the WHEB call letters, but it went off the air in 1991. Currently, a commercial-free Dance format airs over WHEB-HD2, under the brand, 24 Hour Cardio Mix (most likely derived from 24 Hour Fitness).
