WBGX (1570 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Gospel format. Located in Harvey, Illinois, United States, it serves the Chicago area. The station is currently owned by Great Lakes Radio-Chicago, LLC.

WBGX is a locally owned radio station that brokers time to Churches in order to serve the Chicago and South Suburban areas.

Great Lakes Radio purchased 1570 AM in October 2003. During the following months the entire station was rebuilt. A new tower was added to increase power to serve a larger population. A new building on the corner of 60th and S. Michigan Ave was purchased in December 2003, and new studio was built which opened in May 2004.

On December 1, 2012, the station established the Grown Folks Muzic Show, hosted by P.J. Willis of WGFMRADIO.COM between the hours of Midnight and 4:00am on Friday nights. Willis, who has been in the radio business for 35 years, supports up and coming artists, and is a protege' of Chicago radio legend Richard Pegue, in addition to having worked with Herb Kent, another legendary figure in broadcasting. Willis plays soul music from the 50's through the 80's, which is a break from the station's regular gospel format. Willis has long standing relationships with classic artists, such as Gene Chandler, Blue Magic, Magnum Force, And the late Eugene Record among many, and is instrumental in promoting concerts involving these classic artists, along with many others. Previous to the current Gospel format, AM 1570 was a longtime jazz station as WBEE (no relation to WBEE-FM in Rochester, New York).
