W23BV-D is a Class A low-power digital television station in Evansville, Indiana, broadcasting locally on UHF channel 23. The station also uses channel 23 as its PSIP, and is an affiliate of 3ABN. W23BV-D is owned by the Bethel Sanitarium (a Seventh-day Adventist organization).
The station's transmitter and tower are located off Vienna Road near Rexing Road in far eastern Posey County, Indiana, north of the small community of Parkers Settlement.
