Włostów [ˈvwɔstuf] (German: Nißmenau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żary, within Żary County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north of Żary and 31 km (19 mi) south-west of Zielona Góra.
