Węgajty [vɛnˈɡai̯tɨ] (German: Wengaithen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jonkowo, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) west of Jonkowo and 16 km (10 mi) west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

While traditionally Prussian, with the Second Peace of Thorn in 1466 the area became part of the Kingdom of Poland until 1772; 1772-1945 Kingdom of Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).

The name is derived from the ancient Prussian word wangus, meaning "Oak Forest".

The village is home to the Village Theatre of Węgajty (Teatr Wiejski Węgajty), an international theatre group which stages an annual international theatre festival as well as a number of ethnographic performance projects.
