Wąsosz [ˈvɔ̃sɔʂ] is a town in Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Wąsosz. It lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Góra, and 53 kilometres (33 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław. The rivers Orla and Barycz meet here.

Before 1945 the town was in Germany and known as Herrnstadt. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration by the Potsdam Agreement under territorial changes demanded by the Soviet Union. Most Germans fled or were expelled and were replaced with Poles expelled from the Polish areas annexed by the Soviet Union.

As of 2006, the town had a population of 2,828.
