von Briesen & Roper is a Wisconsin-based law firm with a regional, national and international practice. von Briesen & Roper was founded in 1904, when Ernst von Briesen opened his doors and displayed a window sign that read “Advocate.” In its early days, the firm concentrated on business and commercial matters, banking, estate planning and probate as well as other personal legal work for individual clients.
In 2015 and 2016, the firm expanded to more than 150 lawyers, and today von Briesen is the seventh largest law firm in Wisconsin, practicing in a wide variety of specialties.
