Vlajko Stojiljković (Serbian Cyrillic: Влајко Стојиљковић; 13 March 1937 – 13 April 2002) was Yugoslavia's Minister of Internal Affairs from 1997 until the deposal of Slobodan Milošević.

Prior to that he was the Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs. On 24 May 1999, he was accused with crimes against humanity and violations of the laws or customs of war. Stojiljković shot himself on the steps of the Parliament building in Belgrade in 2002.
