Vladislav Shumantov (Bulgarian: Владислав Шумантов; born 4 February 1987) is a Bulgarian footballer. He currently plays as a midfielder for Pirin Blagoevgrad.
Shumantov's footballing career began at Pirin Blagoevgrad, but he failed to establish himself within the first team, appearing only one time in the A PFG.
