Vladislav Rustemovich Khalilov (30 October 1942, aul Chimkurgan, South Kazakhstan Region, Kazakh SSR) is a Professor of Theoretical Physics Faculty in Moscow State University.

Graduated from the Physics Faculty of Moscow State University (1966).

Qualification: Physicist.

Candidate of physico-mathematical sciences (1969),

PHD - Doctor of Physics and Mathematics (1978).

Chairs Professor of Theoretical Physics Faculty in Moscow State University (1982).
