Vladimir Alexeyevich Bryntsalov (Russian: Влади́мир Алексе́евич Брынца́лов; born November 23, 1946) is a Russian businessman and politician. Founder and owner of pharmaceutical company ZAO Bryntsalov-A. In 1995-2003 he was a deputy of the State Duma of Russia second and third convocations. In 1996 he ran for president of Russia, ranked last.
In the 2004 elections in the Russian Federation nominated the president, but did not pass the registration.
