Cochranella ritae is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. It is found in Amazonian Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, and in southern Guyana, eastern Surinam, and French Guiana. Its natural habitats are tropical moist lowland forests and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
