Vitaly Natanovich Nesis (Russian: Vitalii Natanovich Nesis), born in 1976 in Zelenogradsk, is a Russian businessman and CEO of the Russian mining company Polymetal. He is the younger brother of Alexander Nesis, President of the ICT Group.
