Viqar-e-Deccan is an Indian Urdu daily newspaper published from Hyderabad, Telangana. It was established in 1976, founded by the late Syed Mustafa Quadri Khateeb, freedom fighter and "Tambra Patra" holder awarded by Sri.V. V. Giri, former president of India. The present editor of Viqar-E-Deccan is Syed Layeeq Quadri Khateeb.
