The Most Reverend Vincent Hanly DD (22 Apr 1899–9 Nov 1970) was an Irish Roman Catholic clergyman who served as the Bishop of Elphin from 1950 to 1970. He studied for the priesthood at Maynooth College and was ordained there in 1923. In 1924 he went to Summerhill College as Professor of Mathematics and Latin.

He is one of the founders of St. Aloysius College.
