Villages of Pasadena Hills

Villages of Pasadena Hills is a 22,000 acre development including 42,000 homes and 500,000 square feet of office space on land between Dade City, Florida and Zephyrhills. A collaboration of more than a dozen large property owners, the development strategy calls for 13 communities and an $100 million interchange with Interstate 75 that is part of a $461 million capital plan. The development would be much larger than Pasco County's Wiregrass Ranch development located nearby on 5,000 acres. It would include roads as well as land for parks and schools.
