Viktor Reinhold Smeds (18 September 1885 – 22 February 1957) was a Finnish gymnast who won a team bronze medal at the 1908 Summer Olympics. He later founded the Helsinki Boxing Society and the Finnish Boxing Federation, which he headed for 30 years. He was a long-term member of the International Amateur Boxing Federation and president of the International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles from 1929 to 1952. In 1952 Smeds oversaw boxing events at the Helsinki Olympics.
