Victor Snipes (born circa 1970) is an American former basketball player.

Snipes played for King High School and Lakeland Junior College before joining Northeastern Illinois. He was arrested in September 1991 for unlawful use of a weapon and was sentenced to one year of court supervision. In 1992, he led the NCAA Division I in steals with 3.44 per game.
