Victor Cooks

Victor Cooks was a political candidate in Wisconsin. In 1944, he ran for the United States House of Representatives from Wisconsin's 1st congressional district. He lost to incumbent Lawrence H. Smith. In 1946, Cooks was a candidate for the 21st district of the Wisconsin State Senate. He lost to Edward F. Hilker. Cooks was a member of the Socialist Party of America.
