Victor Wayne Travis (August 25, 1951 – May 30, 2015) was a Major League Baseball umpire in 1995. He umpired his first game on April 26 and his last on May 2; he appeared in five total. He was the home plate umpire once.
He also umpired at various levels in the minor leagues.
He was born in and died in Lexington, Kentucky. He is interred at Lexington Cemetery.
