The Venezuelan Catholic Apostolic Church (ICANVEN - Iglesia Católica Apostólica Venezolana), is an independent Catholic church in Venezuela. Its current Patriarch is Guillermo Pacheco, who also serves as the Apostolic Administrator of the Apostolic Vicariate of San Juan Bautista Venezuela.

The Church was formally created on 1947 by former Roman Catholic priest Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez and three other clergymen. Castillo Mendez changed the liturgical vestments from black to pearl-gray, made Spanish as the liturgical language instead of Latin and permitted the clergy to marry, which resulted in formal excommunications of the highest degree.
