Heikki Veli Nieminen (1 December 1886 – 1 April 1936) was a Finnish gymnast and sports shooter who competed in the 1908 Summer Olympics, in the 1920 Summer Olympics, and in the 1924 Summer Olympics.

He was part of the Finnish team, which was able to win the bronze medal in the gymnastics men's team event in 1908.

Twelve years later at the 1920 Summer Olympics he won his second bronze medal as a member of the Finnish sports shooters team competing in the 300 m army rifle, prone team event.

In the 1920 Summer Olympics he also participated in the following events :

  • 300 m free rifle, 3 positions - result unknown
  • Team free rifle - fourth place
  • Team 600 m free rifle - eighth place
  • Team free rifle, 300 m + 600 m - tenth place
  • Trap - result unknown
  • In the 1924 Summer Olympics he participated in the following events :
