Veikko Hannes Ruotsalainen (May 12, 1908 – January 27, 1940) was a Finnish skier.
Ruotsalainen was a member of the national Olympic military patrol team in 1928 which placed second. He was killed in the Battle of Summa.
His nearest relative was awarded the Cross of Mourning.
