Valleyarm is a music industry company that specialises in digital distribution, publishing and online marketing of music and video content. The company’s headquarters is in Melbourne, with offices in Berlin, Brisbane and New York and partners based in China, Japan, Fiji, South Africa, England and Jordan.

Valleyarm bought out Musicadium in July 2010.

As a digital distributor, Valleyarm works largely with independent artists and record labels to make content available online through various international digital music stores including iTunes, Spotify, Amazon MP3, Nokia Ovi, Telstra Bigpond Music, Guvera and Chinese bilingual digital music store Wawawa. For their digital distribution services, Valleyarm uses a flat-fee business model for its distribution which is unique to the Asia-Pacific region. In 2012 Valleyarm were presented an iAward for New Media and Entertainment recognising the companies pioneering method of content delivery. Valleyarm are full members of APRA and AMCOS.

As well as digital distribution, Valleyarm also represents some signed artists as a sub publisher to collect royalties and clear digital rights from publishing around the world. The company also has several artists under their Supported-Managed model, in which selected artists get support similar to what record labels provide. Current artists include Pseudo Echo, Jes Hudak, This Sanctuary, Hamish Gordon and Taxiride’s Jason Singh. Valleyarm represent the catalogue of various major independent labels within the Asia Pacific region. Major catalogue's currently distributed by Valleyarm in the region include Kontor, Believe, Earache, Snapper, Musica and GMA. Valleyarm also offer a Digisingle product, which is an alternative to the CD single. Notable Australian artists Pseudo Echo and Dirt River Radio have both released Digisingles.

It has been noted that Valleyarm representatives attend some of the world biggest music conferences such as South by Southwest, Canadian Music Week, Music Matters, Face the Music, Amsterdam Dance Event, Tokyo International Music Market, MIDEM and others, and are often invited as panelists and speakers. The company frequently puts together conference samplers and iTunes only compilations.
