VVP-9066 UAV is an unmanned helicopter developed by VVP Soft mainly intended for overhead power line inspection / patrol. VVP-9066 is in conventional helicopter layout with tricycle landing gear, a rather rear case among Chinese unmanned helicopters, most of which has a pair of skids as landing gear. VVP-9066 design incorporates modular design concept, enabling various subsystems to be adopted interchangeably, such as different sizes of main rotors, and the tricycle landing gear can be replaced by a pair of skids, resulting in different versions from a single design, and hence performance also various accordingly.
