The VC C41 Company, also known as the Viet Cong Chau Duc District Company, was a Local Force company of the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. The company operated in the Phước Tuy province.

The company or elements of it participated in the battle of Binh Ba against Australian Army forces, as well as a number of other actions.
