Vílanec ( [ˈviːlanɛts]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 13.57 square kilometres (5.24 sq mi), and has a population of 302 (as at 3 July 2006).
Vílanec lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 117 km (73 mi) south-east of Prague.
