Urodeta tantilla is a moth of the Elachistidae family. It is found in Kenya.

The wingspan is about 5.3 mm. The forewings are greyish brown, weakly mottled by darker tips of the scales and with two costal and two dorsal yellowish-white spots. The fringe is brownish grey with irregularly scattered blackish brown-tipped scales. The hindwings, including the fringe, are beige grey.

Etymology

The species name refers to the very small size of the species and is derived from Latin tantillus (meaning so small).
