The Universidad de San Martín de Porres (USMP) is a private university located in Lima, Peru. It was founded in 1962 by the Dominican Order of the Catholic Church.
The university counts two large branches, in Lima and Chiclayo.
The University community of teachers, students and graduated professionals are dedicated to the values and objectives of this Dominican institution. It is headquartered in the Santa Anita district of the Lima Metropolitalian Area, with additional campuses in other districts of Lima: San Isidro, Surquillo, La Molina and Pueblo Libre.
The university has a professional soccer club.
