The universal allocation per child (Spanish: Asignación universal por hijo) is an unemployment insurance program in Argentina. It pays a monthly fee to the poor families, for each son that they have. Despite the name, it is not universal, and only the people under the poverty threshold may receive it.

It was established in 2009 by a Necessity and Urgency Decree, so that the president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
