United States women's national goalball team is the women's national team of the United States. It takes part in international goalball competitions.

IBSA Pan-American Games
The 2005 São Paulo hosted IBSA Pan-American Games women's goalball competition had three teams competing: Brazil, Canada and the United States. Brazil finished first, with the United States second and Canada third.
