The 1916 United States presidential election in Montana took place on November 7, 1916, throughout the continuous 48 states. Voters chose 4 representatives, or electors to the Electoral College, who voted for President and Vice President.

Montana overwhelmingly voted for the Democratic nominee, President Woodrow Wilson, over the Republican nominee, U.S. Supreme Court Justice and former New York Governor Charles Evans Hughes. Wilson won Montana by a large margin of 19.31%.
