United Realty Partners, LLC is a privately held real estate investment and advisory firm founded in 2011 by Eli Verschleiser and Jacob Frydman. On August 15, 2012, United Realty Trust Incorporated, a REIT real estate investment trust sponsored and advised by United Realty Partners, became effective following approval from the SEC.
In October 2012, United Realty announced the formation of United Realty Capital Markets, a real estate investment banking firm, and the appointment of Barry Funt as President.
Eli Verschleiser, the former president and co-founder resigned and sued Frydman for illegally moving investor funds into his own account.
