Udai Ramsar is a small village or hamlet in Bikaner Tehsil in Bikaner district of Rajasthan State, India. It comes under Udai Ramsar Panchayath belonging to Bikaner division. It is located 3 km to the north of the district headquarters Bikaner and 323 km from the state capital Jaipur.

Udai Ramsar is surrounded by Kolayat Tehsil to the west, Nokha Tehsil to the south, Lunkaransar Tehsil to the north and Sri Dungargarh Tehsil to the east. Bikaner, Siana, Nokha and Nagaur are the nearest cities to Udai Ramsar.
