Ubisoft Montpellier SAS is a French video game developer based in Montpellier, France, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Ubisoft. Founded as Ludimedia SAS in 1994, the studio was renamed Ubi Soft Montpellier SAS in 1995 and Ubisoft Montpellier SAS in 2003. They are best known for developing Rayman and Beyond Good & Evil series, and the UbiArt Framework.
