USS Okinawa (CVE–127) was a Commencement Bay-class escort carrier laid down on 22 May 1945, and named Okinawa on 29 June 1945. She was never finished however, as her contract was cancelled on 11 August 1945.
Construction
She was laid down on 22 May 1945 by the Todd Pacific Shipyards in Tacoma, Washington; but her contract was cancelled on 11 August 1945.
