uPARAP, also known as Endo180, is a membrane protein involved in turnover of extracellular matrix. The name is an acronym for urokinase-type Plasminogen Activator Receptor Associated Protein. Loss of the uPARAP encoding gene MRC2 has been shown to cause Crooked Tail Disease in Belgian Blue Cattle.
