UEC European Track Championships – Men's keirin

The Men's keirin at the European Track Championships was first competed in 2010 in Poland.

The Keirin consists of heats in which the first two or three riders advance until the final. Jason Kenny and Matthew Crampton of Great Britain, and Joachim Eilers of Germany, are the most successful riders in the history of the event with one gold and one silver medal apiece.
