UBiC, the UBC Bioinformatics Centre was a research centre founded by Francis Ouellette. It was located at the University of British Columbia, in the University of British Columbia west of Vancouver, BC Canada, UBiC focused on bioinformatics research, training, and support. Some of the faculty formerly part of UBiC are now part of the Centre for High-Throughput Biology (CHiBi).
