Ułtowo [uu̯ˈtɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bielsk, within Płock County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Bielsk, 17 km (11 mi) north-east of Płock, and 93 km (58 mi) north-west of Warsaw.
