The name Lando has been used in the Philippines by PAGASA in the Western Pacific. It was previously known as Lakay where it was used in 2003 Pacific typhoon season.

  • Tropical Depression Lakay (2003) - the originating name before it was replaced in 2007.
  • Typhoon Hagibis (2007) (T0724, 24W, Lando)
  • Tropical Depression Lando (2011)
  • Typhoon Koppu (2015) (T1524, 24W, Lando) - struck Philippines and the longest typhoon stayed in mainland for at least 1 week before it dissipated.
  • After causing severe damage to the Philippines, PAGASA decided to retire the name and will no longer be used in the future. The name Liwayway was selected to replace Lando for 2019 Pacific typhoon season.
