Twitcam was created by Livestream, a live streaming video platform It allows Twitter users to stream live video content. Each stream is assigned its own URL, which users can access on-demand after the stream is completed. Viewers can also participate using the integrated chat feature, which Twitcam converts into a series of tweets, the communication standard for Twitter. A related service is Ustream.
