Tsyrendashi Dorzhiev (Russian: Цырендаши Доржиев; 1912 - January 3 1943) was a Soviet sniper.

Tsyrendashi Dorzhiev fought in World War II. He reportedly killed 297 German soldiers and shot down a German plane.

Dorzhiev fought on the Northwestern Front. He was awarded the Order of Lenin and Medal "For Courage"

Tsyrendashi Dorzhiev was born in Buryatia (Russia) in 1912. He was an ethnic Buryat. His father was a Siberian hunter, and taught his son to shoot accurately.

He voluntarily went to war in August 1941.

Dorzhiev died of his wounds on Jan. 3, 1943.
