Troop ID is an American company which provides a digital identity cards for American military service members and veterans to allow them to establish their credentials online. The company is headquartered in McLean, Virginia (in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area). The company has been commended by the White House and featured in major tech publications like TechCrunch and WIRED for developing a method whereby members of the military community can digitally interact with brands in a trusted manner. Troop ID allows service members and veterans to access benefits from national retailers like HP, Overstock, Regal Entertainment, Sears, and Under Armour as well as government agencies like the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
