The stratospheric Casino Hotel & Tower on Las Vegas Street topped the second tower with a gala event on Nov. 3.
In the American superstar show, celebrity impersonators Darren Lee as Elvis and Michael Colby as Ricky Martin performed above a new room tower set to open in the summer of 2001.
The total budget for the 24-story tower project is $65 million. When the tower opens, it includes 1,002 rooms and amenities. The number of rooms includes 100 suites with bathtubs all over the floor.
