IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, a women's professional volleyball team, announced on the 19th that it has renewed its contract with head coach Kim Ho-chul.

Kim took the helm of IBK Industrial Bank of Korea in December 2021, which had been in turmoil due to disagreements between Seo Nam-won and Cho Song-hwa, the former captain. Although he ranked fifth in the 2021-2022 season, his first year in charge, he was evaluated as leading the team's rapid stabilization.

A team official said, "The team was quickly stabilized with manager Kim's warm leadership," adding, "We also worked hard to foster young players through customized guidance, contributing to the strengthening of the team's power."

This season, the team recorded 17 wins and 19 losses and 51 points, ranking fifth overall, failing to advance to the post season for the third consecutive year. However, it advanced to the final for the first time in seven years and secured the runner-up prize at the 2023 Cup, showing its potential.  토토사이트
