Lecané (France) lost the second leg of the 2023-24 CEV Cup quarterfinal against Kieri (Italy) on Feb. 8, Korean time, the same set score of 2-3 as the first leg's home game. The team failed to advance to the semifinals with a combined score of 4-6.

France is ranked fifth in the European women's volleyball league and Italy is ranked first. Lecané finished the club competition schedule this season by ranking 12th in the Champions League and 5th in the CEV Cup.

Poland's public broadcaster Polskier Radio said, "Lee has shown her playmaking by deceiving the opponent block throughout the 2023-24 European Women's Volleyball Club competition. There will be another challenge," predicting her advance to a higher stage than France.

"An official also nodded (to Lee's expectation)," Polskier Radio said, adding that the government needs to reduce the number of mistakes it has made. Poland is ranked fourth in the European women's volleyball league.

Lee Da-young finished ninth in the 2021-22 CEV Cup and ninth in the 2022-23 Challenge Cup as a member of the Lapid Bucharest (Romania) when she was PAOK (Greece), the best performance since advancing to European women's volleyball in her first year.

The European Volleyball Federation Club Competition is divided into ▲ 1st Champions League ▲ 2nd CEV Cup ▲ 3rd Challenge Cup. Lee Da-young made a big mark in her career by selecting the official MVP of the third Group E home game of the 2023-24 Women's Champions League Round of 20.

Lecane's successive break-ups with Viktorija Kovjar (20, Russia) and Emma Malinov (21, Italy) this season also raised his status as a player, guaranteeing Lee Da-young the starting setter.

Viktorija Kovjar is the next world class setter who was selected as the best seven in succession in the preliminary round of the 2020 Eastern European Volleyball Association (EEVZA) U-17 Championship and the 17th FIVB U-19 World Championship finals in 2021.

Emma Malinov is the daughter of Atanas Malinov (67, Bulgaria), the winner of the 1996-97 European Volleyball Federation Women's Champions League, and the younger brother of Ophelia Malinov (28, Italy), the best setter of the 18th International Volleyball Federation World Championship in 2018, which is drawing attention for further growth potential.
